By downloading, installing, or using Birthday Tracker: Reminders, Wishes & Calendar ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use the App.
📱 2. App Usage & Account
The App is designed for personal, non-commercial use to record birthday dates, count down days, and assist with message sharing. You do not need to create an online account to use the App, and all your records are stored locally on your device.
💾 3. Data Integrity & Backups
Because Birthday Tracker+ operates fully offline to respect your absolute privacy:
- All data is stored directly in your phone's database.
- If you delete or format your phone, clear App cache/storage data, or uninstall the App, all stored birthdays will be permanently deleted.
- We do not maintain server-side databases, meaning we cannot retrieve or restore lost data for you under any circumstances.
🔔 4. Reminder System Disclaimer
While we strive to ensure notification reliability, reminder deliveries rely on Android OS alarm task schedules. We are not liable for delayed or missed birthday notifications caused by:
- Device Battery Saver or "Doze Mode" settings.
- Task killers or device cleaner utility applications.
- System settings disabling background autostarts for Birthday Tracker+.
🛡️ 5. Intellectual Property
All graphic interfaces, layout themes, visual mockups, software code, custom wish greeting texts, and branding assets are the exclusive intellectual property of the App's developers. You may not copy, replicate, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.
⚖️ 6. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including data losses or device failures.
